I’m very pleased to be able to share the news that the limited edition of Vulcan 607 is on sale now. It’s a handsome looking thing too. Slipcased and bound a new camouflaged cloth design, debossed with the Vulcan’s distinctive silhouette and including an exclusive new picture section, it also sports a magnificent set of red endpapers.
Just 300 copies have been printed and all have been signed by Marshal of the Royal Air Force Sir Michael Beetham, Chief of the Air Staff during the Falklands War, Air Commodore Simon Baldwin, Commanding Officer of 44 Squadron in 1982, Squadron Leader Martin Withers, Captain of Vulcan 607, and Squadron Leader Bob Tuxford, who was Captain of the long slot Victor on the Black Buck 1 mission.
